Kangana urges PM to scrap Article 370

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to scrap the Article 370 that grants special status to Jammu and Kashmir and also apparently limits the power of the parliament for making laws concerning the state.
